最近有朋友投身股海，打算由小小投資做起。聊起來自然也討論了一下各自的看法。討論中，我知道：

1）他投入的資金不多；
2）他要找價位穩定的和高股息的股；
3）他打算長期持有，執行“股票儲蓄計劃”。

雖然我股齡尚淺，但他依然問了問我的意見，我也沒隱瞞什麽，把幾個業績不錯，股價尚算合理，股息也不錯（DY 6-8%）的股推薦給他了。由於友人的資金不多，我也建議他盡量集中在2-3個股，長期累積一段時間應該會有不錯的回報的。當然也同時告訴他現在進場所面對的風險，有耐心不妨等待。

後來這名友人終于出手了，買了什麽股就不說了，但該股價格不算便宜，但尚算合理，但和他所要求的高股息有出入，僅僅高出 FD 的3%一點點而已。告訴他該股的DY太低了，而且以他買的量，要賺差價也非常困難，也偏離了他原有的目標。如果維持原有目標，應以高DY爲主，盡量得到高回報。友人卻説他已做過研究了（應該只是看新聞），覺得這股價格穩定，不介意DY 3%+，風險很低，也不斷地強調說DY不重要，而是看公司派出多少巴仙的profit之類的（我是兩個都看啦，哈哈……）。

既然他已經出手了，我也沒說什麽，只是稍微說說自己的看法，與其有風險的賺取這3%+股息，還不如放FD，除非要賺取的是capital gain，但那需要一定數量的票。

友人好像有點不耐煩，討論自然無法繼續下去了，我也沒堅持什麽啦，投資看個人嘛，就只總結說股市裏每個人看法都不一樣才有上有下（這是事實 ：p），並提醒他，他已經偏離了自己原本的目標。但股市沒有絕對的，可能他的收穫不是從股息哪裏來。

其實投資也好，做事也好，變通很重要，如果因爲想法不同而去ban掉別人的意見，否定別人的做法好像很幼稚哦。所以我也沒說他買對買錯，説不定幾年后那只股像Nestle那樣也説不定，誰知道？

Interim cash dividend in respect of the financial year ending 31 December 2012 of RM0.32 per ordinary share of RM1.00 each in Maybank less 25% taxation.

Remarks :- On 16 August 2012, the Board of Directors of Malayan Banking Berhad (“Maybank”) (“Board”) announced its consolidated results for the financial period ended 30 June 2012, wherein the Board declared an interim cash dividend in respect of the financial year ending 31 December 2012 of RM0.32 per ordinary share of RM1.00 each in Maybank (“Maybank Share”) less 25% taxation (“Interim Cash Dividend”). The Board had also determined that the Dividend Reinvestment Plan (“DRP”) will apply to the Interim Cash Dividend in which an electable portion of RM0.28 (RM0.21 net of taxation) per Maybank Share held can be elected to be reinvested into new Maybank Shares and the remaining portion of RM0.04 (RM0.03 net of taxation) per Maybank Share will be paid in cash. 

On behalf of the Board, Maybank Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the issue price of new Maybank Shares to be issued pursuant to the DRP applicable to the Interim Cash Dividend has been fixed today at RM8.40 per new Maybank Share.

DRP的詳情出來了咯，每股定價RM8.40。

近期 KLCI 下滑的情況然我對這次的DRP有點猶疑了。大選將至，前些時間硬硬被托起股市短期内有蠻大的下滑空間。雖然心裏明白投資長期看，但心魔總是難以降伏的，paper gain 狂瀉 / 有 paper loss 時心裏還是有點五味雑成的感覺。

最近投入了滿多資金，再加上未來的一年裏可能會有大筆開銷，需要保留一筆錢。做決定前還是先考慮看看現在的資金比例，免得機會來時面對沒有資金的窘況。
