DECLARATION OF SECOND INTERIM SINGLE TIER DIVIDEND

The Board of Directors of WELLCALL HOLDINGS BERHAD is pleased to announce that a Second Interim Single Tier Dividend of 4.0 sen per share has been declared in respect of the financial year ending 30 September 2012 to be payable on 28 June 2012 to Depositors registered in the Records of Depositors at the closure of business on 12 June 2012.

This announcement is dated 28 May 2012.

跟去年比較，2012年第二季的盈利和去年同期比較營業額不算大躍進，但盈利接近倍增了，就賬面看，WELLCALL對成本的控制得不錯，原料（橡膠）價格降低也可能是原因之一。當然，沒有詳細的資料，這也是一個大概的臆測。

由於近期WELLCALL的股價高走，加上市場的動蕩（雖然對它的股價影響不大），暫時都沒有成功加碼。但鑒于WELLCALL提高派息，真的讓人心癢難當。如果四個季度維持RM0.04的派息，以RM1.80的價位來計算，DY將高達8.89%，更何況我的平均价遠遠低於這個價位。當然，WELLCALL會否/有沒有能力長期維持年年近/過100%的高派息率還是值得思考。
